Venkatesa Perumal temple popularly called, as Melai Thirupathy is devoted to Lord Vishnu. The Temple is mentioned in the Vishnu temples of Kongunadu. The image of God is four the sides are flat and cones in the center. This form was first 300 years ago a Kondamanaicker was discovered.This temple was built in response to God. Venkateshwara Temple in Tirumala Tirupathi Devasthanam Rituals and poojas were performed Thirupathi worshiped the Lord in nine temples. Lord Venkatachalapathy temple is considered to be powerful. He defends his devotees. The Lord “Sri Venkatesa Perumal” facing eastward gives his divine darshan to his devotees.  As one continues to pray here, devotees receive the darshan with the blessings of the Lord and experience an inner calm and a flow of divine energy within.

The devotee once sighted his cow shedding her milk on a sandhill. Induced by curiosity, he dug it, when manifested the image with Conch (Sanguchakkram) and Disc (Chakkram) as well as Saligram and Chikandi (weapon). Inspired by the divine revolution, he ordered a temple to be built up for Sri Venketachalapathi enshrining the form. Seven mountains the devotees who vow to sacrifice the Lord cannot go to the Lord, In Montpellier, they can be fulfilled.


Sri Venkatesa Perumal temple is located in the form of Salagrama Swayambumurthy. Sri Venkateswara appears on the four sides of the plain flat and the nut and the upper sharp swamp lingam in a stork bud. There is no such thing in Vaishnava temple.
